Embroidery Policy

We are proud to offer custom embroidery to make your SearocK product personal and unique. Because each embroidered item is made to order, we ask that you please take a moment to read and understand our policy below.

Final Sale

All embroidered items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. We do not accept cancellations or changes once your order has been placed, as production begins quickly and involves customized, irreversible work.

Accuracy of Customization

Please double-check all embroidery details before placing your order. This includes:

- Correct spelling (names, initials, etc.)

- Desired font or style (if applicable)

- Thread color

- Any special characters or formatting

A live preview or order confirmation is available for review during the checkout process. What you approve is what we produce.

If an error was made in your submitted information, we cannot replace or refund the item. However, we can offer you the option to purchase a replacement cushion, plus shipping.

Errors or Defects on Our End

We take great care in fulfilling every order. If there is a defect in the embroidery or an error made by our team (such as incorrect spelling or color different from what you selected), we will remake and ship your item at no cost to you. To process a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Natural Variations

Please note that small variations in thread placement or alignment may occur due to the nature of embroidery. These minor differences are not considered defects.
