All SearocK® products are protected by a Limited Manufacturer Warranty for up to 1 year against any manufacturer defects under normal use. This warranty covers the SearocK® tray, SearocK® cushion, and SearocK® harness.

If the warranty applies, SearocK® will provide replacement parts at its discretion if the part or component is deemed defective. SearocK® reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

Please send an email to customersupport@babysearock.com including the following information so that we can review your claim and resolve the issue as soon as possible:

  1. A picture of your damaged tray or cushion.
  2. Your order number from our website.
  3. A brief description of the issues that you are having with your product.

The Limited Manufacturer Warranty does not apply to:

  • Any order that is more than a year old.
  • Cosmetic flaws or variations in color.
  • SearocK products purchased second hand or used.
  • Products that have been lost or stolen.
  • SearocK® products determined to have been used for any activity other than an activity which is customary for the product.
